Better Care Supports is an NDIS registered provider delivering Specialist Disability Accommodation and Supported Independent Living across New South Wales.
The site's centre of gravity is the property listings — individual pages per property, with video, so a participant or support coordinator can assess a vacancy before enquiring. A referral form sits alongside them.
News, events and a resources library are maintained through an admin dashboard.
Better Care Supports needed what Nobility Care needed: somewhere a participant or a support coordinator could look at an actual vacancy — the property, the rooms, the location — and decide whether it was worth an enquiry, rather than ringing to ask.
So the property listings are the centre of it. Each one gets its own page and its own video, and a referral form sits alongside them rather than three clicks away.
It was built to the same standard as the public NDIS site above it — same stack, same strictness, same care with accessibility. Nothing about it was treated as the smaller job.
