The Lair of Evil — DukeSenior Tools
A community given somewhere to be, rather than another Discord channel.
lair-of-evil-tools.vercel.app (opens in a new tab)A social platform for DukeSenior's Twitch community. Members get profiles, post and comment, add friends, send messages, and appear on a leaderboard driven by a gamification system.
The interface uses a hand-drawn aesthetic that switches between a warm off-white whiteboard and a green-black chalkboard, with a faint dot grid in one and a chalk-dust grain in the other. Display type is Permanent Marker.
An admin CMS covers posts, comments, tags, analytics, notifications, suggestions and the gamification settings.
A Twitch community had nowhere of its own — conversation scattered across chat and Discord, and nothing survived the stream ending. This is somewhere it lives instead: members post, earn points for taking part, and appear on a leaderboard, with presence visible so the place reads as inhabited rather than archived. It also carries the small tools the community kept asking for — checklists and utilities that had no home anywhere else. Phasmo Tourney started here and was split out once tournament content began crowding everything else off the page.
