NCA Learning Management System
A training platform built around the part organisations actually get audited on.
learning.nobilitycare.com.au (opens in a new tab)A learning management system for Nobility Care Australia's staff. Administrators build modules from blocks using a Tiptap rich-text editor, arrange them into sections, and group them into learning paths assigned by department.
The compliance side is what distinguishes it from a course player. There is a compliance view with a pending queue, an escalation path, and an append-only audit log — the things a provider needs when demonstrating that mandatory training was completed.
Learners get a module player, progress tracking, a leaderboard and a certificate on completion.
The learning platforms on the market came with a hundred features, most of which Nobility Care would never touch — and none of which they could change. What they wanted was the opposite: a smaller system built around how they actually train staff, that they had a say in and could keep shaping as the organisation grew. The first working version was built in under a week, and it has been extended from there.
